Maine Made Marketplace ships from the carrier of our choice for all products sold.
While Maine Made Marketplace strives to maintain a 3-5 business day average time-to-ship we make no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer than average time-to-ship. (Time-to-ship refers to the time period between the order placement and the handing of the product over to the carrier for transport.)
Maine Made Marketplace will ship to any physical address in the United States. Maine Made Marketplace may not ship to P.O. Boxes based on particular items.
All build and ship times are counted in business days only and correspond with those of our preferred carriers. Maine Made Marketplace honors all holidays honored by our carriers and follows an M-F work week.
The customer may be allowed to return product within 15 business days of original purchase date, for either refund or replacement at the customers expense depending on Maine Made Marketplace stock levels of said product at the time of return.
Product must be in original packaging, including all parts and all accessories.
Product must be unused and in original excellent condition.
ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
Upon receipt of product, Maine Made Marketplace shipping personnel will review and inspect to ensure no visible damages, defects, or alterations. If found, customer will be notified and must decide if said product needs to be shipped back to customer (at their expense) or discarded. Written authorization must be provided to discard (email is sufficient).
Credit will be refunded/applied via PayPal/Square as appropriate determined by Maine Made Marketplace excluding all shipping costs. Replacement products that are swapped out for another product will incur an additional shipping cost to get the new product back to the customer. The customer will be invoiced for the additional shipping cost and it must be paid prior to the new product being sent out.
Maine Made Marketplace reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned product prior to authorizing a credit. This may result in a credit being denied.
